Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Sunny St George Tile LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting or accepting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates and Proposals

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if additional work or materials are required. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Scheduling and Deposits

Projects are scheduled upon agreement and, in some cases, a deposit. Deposits may be required to cover materials or secure your spot in our schedule. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept payments via cash, check, or other agreed methods.

4. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once labor has started. If a customer cancels a job before materials are ordered, any eligible refund will be issued minus administrative costs. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

5. Worksite Access and Conditions

Customers must provide access to the work area and ensure the space is clean and ready. Delays caused by site inaccessibility or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

6. Warranty

We offer a limited workmanship warranty. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, structural movement, water damage, or acts of nature. Specific warranty terms may vary by project.

7. Liability

Sunny St George Tile LLC is licensed and insured. We are not liable for damages caused by hidden conditions, customer-supplied materials, or work outside the agreed scope.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
