Refund Policy

At Sunny St George Tile LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We do our best to provide clear expectations, honest pricing, and quality craftsmanship on every project.

 

Deposits

Deposits made to secure a job or order materials are non-refundable once materials are purchased or the project is scheduled.

 

Cancellations

If a project is canceled before any materials are ordered or work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or consultation fees.

 

Work in Progress

Once labor has started on your project, all payments are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the work, please contact us within 7 days of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

 

Special Orders

Custom or special-order materials are non-refundable, as we are unable to return these items to suppliers.
